And then, when their contract demands skyrocket past 30-40M, be prepared to trade them for a first-round draft pick. It feels heartless to trade your MVP quarterback, but that draft pick becomes your next cheap, high-potential star. A dynasty is built on tough decisions, not sentimentality.
